Ten Clocks, One Timer
Interval, Tabata, Rounds and Stopwatch are free. AMRAP, EMOM, For Time, rest-between-sets, hangboard repeaters and splits come with a single $3.99 purchase — no subscription. All ten are visible from the first launch, and every one of them opens its full setup screen before you decide.
A Clock That Cannot Drift
Every reading is derived from the wall clock rather than counted up tick by tick, so it does not gain or lose a second over a long session, and it does not have to catch up when you put the phone in your pocket. Lock the screen mid-round and the numbers are still right when you look back.
Readable Across a Gym
The whole screen floods green while you rest, so work and rest are distinguishable from the far side of a room without reading a digit. Three short beeps count you into every change and a longer tone marks it, ducking your music rather than stopping it.
Your Training Stays Yours
There is no account and no server. Your presets, your session history and your preferences are written to your own phone and nothing is uploaded — the app makes no network request of its own, and the only component that touches the network is the app store's own billing module when you choose to buy or restore. The trade is honest and worth stating plainly: because nothing is on a server, deleting the app deletes your history, so the app can export everything as a single file whenever you want it.
Train Sensibly
A countdown is persuasive, and that is exactly the risk: it will keep asking for another round after your body has started saying otherwise. The app is a timer, not a coach — it cannot see you, your space or your condition. Interval, Tabata and AMRAP work is high-intensity by design, and hangboard repeaters put a lot of load through small tendons. Get medical clearance before starting a hard programme, learn technique from a qualified in-person coach, and stop when you need to rather than when the ring empties. Do not rely on it where a missed cue could hurt you — breath-holds, water, saunas and ice baths among them. The full terms are linked above.
